To book an appointment for a reading, payment must be made upfront to secure your time
Without prior payment, there is no booking. The payment must be cleared in the Australian Reader Bank/Paypal account to book.
If payment is not done by immediate transfer systems such as OSKO, PAYID or PayPal, Website eg.credit card, the payment must clear 3 days prior to the appointment. If your payment is going to take 3 to 5 business days, your appointment will be booked for the following week.
No refund on cancelling a booking, you forfeit your payment and future appointments – no further bookings will be accepted.
When rescheduling a booking, you are forfeiting your place in the queue. You may or may not get another booking for up to a week. Australian Reader will always endeavour to reschedule your booking to the soonest available spot.
Australian Reader does not allow appointments to be rescheduled more than once. The second time will result in cancellation of your appointment and your payment forfeited.
